Refund Policy

All payments to EduRatings are final and non-refundable except for the following scenarios:

1. Eligible Refund Cases

  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified system failure preventing course access within 48 hours

2. How to Request

Email edurating@mona.edu.my with your name, payment receipt, and reason.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • User-side technical problems
  • Failed assessments
  • Late refund request (more than 7 days)
